I am a Professional Athlete, a Triplet Mom, Coach and Trainer. I have competed in a number of sports since childhood and continued my competitive career as an adult in the IFBB. With a diverse background in Physique Development, Strength & Conditioning, as well as Athletic Performance, I help clients achieve their goals.

IFBB Professional - I became a Professional Women's Physique Athlete in 2011 at the NPC Universe where I won the first place and overall trophy and obtaining my pro card to compete in the IFBB .
I competed for 1 year Professionally before marrying my high school sweetheart and soon following became pregnant with triplets.

As a working mom with a career in beauty and fashion, I worked for large organizations like L'Oreal and through my work ethic, critical thinking skills and passion for excellence grew in my career.
Our family decided to move to Florida from NJ and my career took a few twists and turns after a number of restructures at the organizations I joined thereafter. But i had a passion for health, wellness, and fitness and to make the next generation better. While I am still involved in sales, operations, marketing and strategic planning as a consultant to local businesses, I decided to use those skills to build my passion project here in Jupiter, Florida.
